Stand up.
How do we as Strong Christian men stand up when we see something that is not right?
I know in the past my first response was always to hit it head on. Helmet first if you will. But in today’s society we must tackle these issues a little more tactfully to avoid a targeting foul. See what I did there?
The best example I can give seems pretty simple but can be difficult. Especially when you figure in emotions. Yes men as much as we would like to invoke “Cowboy Law” here we do have emotion’s.
1) Compassion,We must be compassionate for the situation and others on the opposing side. This is certainly difficult because you will likely be faced with screaming,crying or both. Stay calm and act with compassion.
2) Grace, If Gods grace is sufficient for us we should learn to extend Grace to others.
3) Be strong,
Be on your guard; stand firm in the faith; be courageous; be strong. Do everything in love. 1 Cor 16:13-14 NIV
The bottom line seems elementary because it is.
Act more like Jesus! There is a saying made popular in the 70s and 80’s and I still see it around today WWJD “What would Jesus do?” That is still a pretty good guide to follow.
To sum up my rambling WE as Christian men must stand up for Biblical values, protect all children, be leaders of our household and take advantage of the window of opportunity many of us feel God has provided us to take back our country. Revival is here and we need to Pray without ceasing and keep this momentum we have been given alive!
